I attended Dee Culinary School in 2019. The education I received was what formed my passion for cooking as I went on to explore in the culinary industry. Today, I am a Fine Dining Chef with interest in Fusion Cuisine, Molecular Cooking and food stories.

Prior to attending Chef Dee culinary school, i had always being a culinary enthusiast, I enjoy cooking and learning new foods and techniques. However, two weeks into attending the school, I realized the need to develop my potential in the field as opposed to just being enthusiastic about cooking. Chef Dee teaches you how to think like a Professional Chef by unlocking your own creativity via flavors, sauces, technique, execution, and preparation. Furthermore, his laid-back demeanor gives the impression that one can create anything!

Chef Dee's culinary class was the turning point in my career journey. With his guidance, I discovered a passion for both continental and intercontinental cuisine that ignited my creativity and drive. His innovative teaching style fueled my ambition to become a professional chef. Fast forward five years, and I'm now a proud Le Cordon Bleu alumni, a successful private chef, and a business owner. I owe it all to Chef Dee's culinary school for shaping me into the chef I am today.
